Financial Matters

The Council's financial accounts, after scrutiny by internal and external audit, are posted here between June and July each year and covers the Financial Year between 1st April and 31st March.

Details of monthly accounts paid are detailed in the monthly Town Council Minutes where invoices and payments are routinely approved for processing.

The annual governance statement and annual accounting statements for 2016/17, which are still subject to external audit, are available here.

 

Grants and Donations

Throughout the year the town council tries to award  certain grants to deserving community groups - for more information please contact the Town Clerk on 01909 564169 or dsjtc@hotmail.co.uk.
